HUSTLE: SADTA

 

Hustle originated in America in the early 1970s and is still a very popular “couples dance”.

It is also strongly influenced by Latin American styles and musicals.

MODERN: SADTA

 

Modern dance is a rigorous discipline that utilise the same dance techniques as ballet, but the style and music is modern!

This discipline is excellent exercise for girls and focus on forming a perfectly straight posture and promote coordination, muscle control, strength and rhythm!

HIP HOP: SADTA

 

It’s the perfect dance style for boys! Hip Hop is a casual “bouncy and funky” street dance with a strong and masculine style and the dance type used by celebrities like Rihanna, Snoop Dog and Usher.

Hip Hop originated in the slums of America and has developed into a popular and modern dance. The dress is very casual and consists of T-shirts, jeans and sneakers.

PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES (3-7 JR)

 

These classes are very informal and taught on the level of the pre-school children.

Children are taught basic dance techniques and principles through stories, songs and associations.

The classes are excellent for the development of coordination, balance, flexibility and to promote confidence that contribute to the child’s emotional and social development.

ACROBATICS: AFSA

 

This is a highly specialized dance form that focus on the flexibility of the body and balance.

This requires a lot of discipline and control. When acrobats are coached in the correct way and in a disciplined fashion, it creates a breathtaking dance form. Dancers are taught to use the flexibility of their bodies in extraordinary ways.

BELLY DANCE: A.B.D.S.A.

 

Belly Dance does wonders for improving confidence. This excellent exercise promotes flexibility and good posture.

There are no age, height or weight limitations. The only requirement is for women to come and enjoy themselves.
